Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-3 tablets per day. Maximum daily dose for adults: 3 tablets per day.
Usage:
Do not eat, smoke or drink anything except pure water for 20 minutes before and after use. If you are taking several Joalis preparations at the same time, you must observe a break of 1-5 minutes between taking them. The tablets can be dissolved in the mouth or taken undissolved with water, preferably at regular intervals.
