Jodisol solution is a disinfectant and antiseptic preparation used to treat small surface wounds for first aid and disinfection of the surface of the skin and mucous membrane.

Jodisol solution permanently destroys the growth of pathogenic microorganisms on the skin and mucosa. It is a highly effective disinfectant. It acts on bacteria, fungi and viruses. Jodisol solution is used in adults, adolescents and children from 6 months of age.
When to use:
- to disinfect hands
- to treat small skin injuries (cracks)
- for treatment of oral mucosal inflammation
- for the treatment of haze
- after insect bites
Dosage:
The solution is applied to the affected site directly (eg minor skin injury, insect bites) or diluted with water to a ratio of 1:20. Diluted solutions are used for tiling, washing, rinsing and stuttering usually twice a day. If there is no healing within 3 days, consult a doctor.
Composition:
The active substance is povidone iodinate 3.85 g in 100 g of solution.
The excipient is 95% ethanol.
