Anabolic PM Protein is made up of micellar casein. Micellar casein as a source of protein is characterized by uniform release of amino acids into the bloodstream, up to 7 hours, and their constant supply to the muscles, which are thus supplied with building blocks. Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of powder in 250-300 ml of water or milk. Take 1 dose between meals and 1 dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
