Dosage:

Adults and children from 12 years of age: Take 2 – 4 capsules after a meal, 3 times a day with water. To achieve the beneficial effect of reducing excessive flatulence after a meal, take at least 1 g (4 capsules) at least 30 minutes before a meal and 1 g (4 capsules) shortly after a meal.
