Cordyceps Sinensis or Chinese caterpillar is a rare fungus that grows in the mountains of Tibet, Nepal and China. It is a real gem in traditional Chinese herbal medicine, where it has been used as a natural remedy for more than 2,000 years.

• Origin of coffee: South America - Brazil - The producer has plantations all over the country, mainly in Western mountainous Brazil at higher altitudes.
• pH 4.5 - 5.5
• caffeine content min. 2%
• 60% arabica, 40% robusta (however, for instant coffee the ratio is not as important as for coffee beans) - robusta is supplemented to create foam and balance the taste
• distinctive taste, coffee is specific with a strong aroma and excellent taste

Ingredients:

92% soluble coffee, 8% Cordyceps (Cordyceps Sinensis) extract 10: 1, 40% polysaccharides.

Dosage:

One full teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g), pour in hot water (150 ml, approx. 70 oC) and mix well
