Dosage
Adults take 1 sachet once a day. Adolescents 12 to 15 years of age are recommended to take half the dose. Shake before use. Dilute 1 sachet in 100 ml of warm / non-boiling / water. It can be sweetened by adding honey or another sweetener. Do not heat in the microwave in its original packaging.
