Mildly spicy meat roasted until golden brown, thanks to mustard and honey, which give the aromatic mixture of spices a heavenly good taste - this is KOTÁNYI Roasted chicken with honey and mustard. Beautifully refined.
Chicken breast in a crust
For 2 people we need: 2 chicken breasts (with skin), 1 tablespoon KOTÁNYI Baked chicken with honey and mustard, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Preparation instructions: rub the chicken breasts on both sides with the KOTÁNYI Baked Chicken with Honey and Mustard mixture, lightly brown them in butter and bake for approx. 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C. Bake the breasts skin side down first, then turn them over. Then drizzle the breasts with honey and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake from above at a high temperature until golden brown. Served with baked potatoes.
Tip: a crunchy leaf salad is great as a side dish.
