Cinnamon bark is one of the most aromatic spices in the world. It was famous for its unmistakable aroma and spicy, sweet taste. Add whole KOTÁNYI cinnamon to your food and drinks in time to fully develop its full aroma.
And of course desserts, such as this:
Baked pear with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream for 2 people we need:
2 medium pears, 2 whole KOTÁNYI cinnamon sticks, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 pieces of KOTÁNYI star anise, 2 tablespoons of honey, a little lemon juice, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, sprig of mint for decoration.
Preparation: peel the pears, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the core. Then briefly fry the pears in butter, add whole cinnamon and KOTÁNYI star anise, drizzle with lemon juice and honey and bake in a preheated oven for approx. 4-5 minutes at 170 °C. On the dessert plate, we prepare vanilla ice cream and pears, drizzle them with baked juice and decorate with a sprig of mint.
Tip: you can use ripe peaches instead of pears.
