Libeček is characterized by an intense aroma reminiscent of celery and root vegetables. It is also known as the garden magi. Rubbed KOTÁNYI lovage is prepared by gentle drying of fresh leaves. To achieve the full aroma, just the amount on the tip of the knife is enough.
