Product description

An elegant spice mixture with a slightly spicy and sweet taste, which will give your dishes a full, exotic taste. KOTÁNYI curry will soften a whole range of your dishes, which will also represent a real culinary experience thanks to its color.
One idea for a real experience:
Baked shrimp with curry rice
For 2 people we need: 6 large shelled shrimp, salt, a little lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the curry rice: 1 cup of long-grain rice, 1.5 cup of hot water, 1 teaspoon KOTÁNYI Curry, salt, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon roasted almonds.
Preparation instructions:
Saute the onion in butter, add the rice and fry it briefly. Add KOTÁNYI Curry and hot water. Mix in the remaining ingredients, cover with a lid and simmer in a preheated oven for approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 180 °C. Fluff the rice occasionally with a fork. Salt the shrimp, sprinkle with lemon and fry on both sides in hot olive oil. We will prepare it on a plate with curry rice.
Tip: try seasoning the prawns with coriander.
