Product description
A blend of fiery ingredients such as high-quality paprika, pepper and cilantro will add a spicy South American flavor to chops and steaks. All you have to do is mix the KOTÁNYI Grill Argentina spice mixture with oil, rub the mixture over the meat and let it rest.
One Sunday recipe:
Grilled beef cutlet with Cole Slaw
For 2 people we need: 1 beef cutlet (approx. 400g), 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tomatoes, salt, black ground KOTÁNYI pepper,
For the salad: 1 small head of cabbage cut into strips and 1 peeled carrot cut into strips, salt, white ground KOTÁNYI pepper, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, a little white balsamic vinegar.
Preparation: prepare the salad by mixing all the ingredients. Then let it marinate for 20 minutes. Season the meat with the KOTÁNYI Grill Argentina mixture, drizzle with olive oil and slowly grill on both sides (approx. 6 minutes on each side). Cut the tomatoes in half and grill together with the meat for 2-3 minutes. Finally, salt and pepper the meat. Cut the finished cutlet into slices and serve with salad.
Tip: Offer your guests toast or toast.
