Product description

The perfect taste of turkey meat depends on a balanced mixture of selected KOTÁNYI herbs and spices. For an excellent preparation of turkey, this seasoning should never be missing.
Preparation instructions:
Coat the medallions with KOTÁNYI roast turkey, slowly fry them on both sides in butter and thistle oil and remove from the pan. Finely chop the mushrooms and onion, fry in the baked juice, cover with white wine, cream and roast juice. Let it boil briefly. Add chives. Prepare the medallions on a plate with mushroom sauce.
Tip: serve with rice.
Roasted turkey medallions with mushroom sauce
For 2 people we need:
4 turkey medallions (approx. 70 g), 1 tablespoon KOTÁNYI Turkey roast, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon thistle oil, 2 handfuls of mushrooms (e.g. mushrooms or chanterelles) , 1 small onion, a little white wine, 1/8 pint of cream, 1 tablespoon of roast juice, 1 tablespoon of chives.
