Product description

A harmonious mixture of carefully selected spices especially for beef steaks. Coat the meat with oil and KOTÁNYI Steak mixture. To enhance your culinary skills even more, mix KOTÁNYI Steak with butter and pour wine.
Recipe for gourmets:
Veal steak with ham penne pasta
For 2 people we need: 2 veal steaks and approx. 150 g, 1 tablespoon KOTÁNYI Steak, 2 tablespoons olive oil,
For Penne pasta with ham: 100 g Penne, 2 sliced ​​winter onions, 2 tablespoons finely chopped ham, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/8 liter of cream whipping, salt, white pepper KOTÁNYI.
Preparation instructions: Mix the oil with KOTÁNYI Steak and let the veal steaks marinate in it for 20 minutes. Cook the penne al dente. Then slowly fry the steaks in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Saute onion and ham in butter and add cooked penne. Add cream, cook briefly and season with salt and pepper. We prepare it on a plate with veal steaks and serve.
Tip: serve e.g. with glazed carrots.
