In this sauce, the taste of coarsely ground South American black pepper is combined with black garlic from Asia. It has an unmistakable, slightly sweet taste that goes well with pulled pork, poultry or seafood.
Regulated name: Cold sauce emulsified - pasteurized. Emulsified with a fat content of 18%.
