L-Mesitran Active Large is a highly absorbent wound dressing, absorbing more than 700% of the fluid in 24 hours. Healing and covering patch containing antibacterial medical honey. Developed with sensitive patients in mind – contains 30% honey.
L-Mesitran Active Large is moisture resistant, so you can also shower with it, it can be applied for several days (3-5 days) without replacement.
It is shaped according to the shape of the wound, adapts when moving and is not very visible.

Dosage and method of use
- Before applying the dressing (patch), clean the wound as necessary.
