Dosage and method of use

First, mix the contents of the package with 160 g of butter or vegetable oil, 150 ml of milk or water and 2 eggs. Whisk the mixture into a smooth dough. Fill the dough with cupcakes up to about 3/4 of the volume. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 15-20 minutes. Check with a skewer whether the muffins are already cooked.

Composition

The mixture contains rice flour, sugar, potato starch, chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), cocoa 4.3%, modified corn starch, raising agents (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), thickener: guar gum, flavorings, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
