Gluten-free gingerbread Labeta is a mixture for the preparation of gluten-free gingerbread. Preparation is possible in a classic oven, home bakery or combi oven. It does not contain lactose or gluten.
Gluten-free gingerbread from Labeta is a suitable product for people sensitive to gluten.

Dosage and method of use

  • Pour the contents of the sachet into the prepared container, add 2 eggs, 125 ml of oil and 200 ml of water or milk and whisk with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread the dough on a greased and gluten-free flour tray (approx. 25x35 cm) and bake at a temperature of 175-180 °C for about 15-20 minutes. Check the baking with a skewer.
  • After cooling, you can cut the gingerbread into halves, grease one with jam to taste, cover the other part with jam. For a higher corpus, use a cake mold with a diameter of 28-30 cm and cut the gingerbread like a cake. Check the baking with a skewer. After cooling, decorate with jam or glaze.
In a home bread machine: pour 200 ml of water or milk into a baking dish, pour the contents of the sachet, add 2 eggs and 125 ml of oil. Set the program Cake, let stir for 5-7 minutes. After mixing, we recommend pulling the dough from the sides with a spatula to the center of the mold and removing the whisks. Switch to the Baking program (light color) and bake for 45-50 minutes. Check the baking with a skewer.

Composition

The product contains sugar, corn flour, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), cocoa, spice mixture, thickener: guar gum.


Nutritional values in the product prepared according to the instructions for preparation: Energy 1549 kJ / 369 kJ, Fat 15 g (of which saturated fatty acids 2 g), Carbohydrates 54 g (of which sugars 24 g), Protein 3.5 g, Salt 0.11 g, Fiber 1.2 g, Lactose < 0.01 g.
