Warnings and information for use

Instructions for use:
Grind or press the cleaned and pitted fruit (900-1000 g). If we want to make a harder marmalade or if we have a lot of juicy fruit such as cherries, sour cherries, raspberries, we only use 800-900 g of fruit. Mix the contents of the bag with 500 g of sugar and pour into the fruit. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cook for 3-5 minutes. We can add citric acid or sugar to taste. Remove any foam and carefully pour the hot marmalade into glasses, close the lids, turn them upside down and let them cool.
