Thickening has never been so simple. Whether you're thickening gluten-free dishes like soups or sauces or need to improve the consistency of your stew, try an honest gluten-free light dish. You will not find any sign of deproteinized wheat in it. In the production of gluten-free rye, only high-quality raw materials such as rice and corn flour were used.

Dosage and method of use
Preparation instructions:
We stop cooking the finished sauce, stew or soup. Whisk constantly, add small doses of the whisk to the desired density. Boil for 2-5 minutes. To thicken 1 liter of soup or sauce, 40-70 g (2-3 tablespoons) of the mixture is needed.
Tip: To 30 g of the mixture on the roast add 1 egg, mix and use in the soup as a garnish.
