Description
Laktulosa Sandoz contains a laxative called lactulose. Thanks to it, the stool is softer and passes through the intestines more easily, by adding water to the intestines. Your body does not absorb the product.
Laktulosa Sandoz is used to treat the symptoms of constipation and to treat a special liver disease - portal systemic encephalopathy. Treatment of portal systemic encephalopathy is possible only under the supervision of a physician.
Dosage and method of use
Always take Laktulosa Sandoz exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Take the dose at the same time each day. The dose can be taken once a day, for example during breakfast, or divided up to three doses per day. Swallow the medicine quickly. Do not leave it in your mouth any longer.
Ingredients
The active substance is lactulose (lactulosum) in solution. One ml of Laktlosa Sandoz solution contains 670 mg of lactulose.
