Dosage and method of use
Lansinoh HPA lanolin: with clean hands, squeeze a pea-sized lanolin out of the tube and soften it between your fingers. Carefully spread it over the entire nipple area. Alternatively, you can apply another small amount to the center of the disposable breast pad. Apply before, after or during each breastfeeding according to your individual needs.
Bra inserts: Open the cover and remove the cover papers from the adhesive tapes. Insert the insert into the bra with the adhesive tapes placed up and down. Replace the pads as needed to maintain healthy skin.
