Pure L-glutamine to support regeneration and results of strength and endurance training. L-glutamine has properties related to protein absorption, proteosynthesis and the condition of the intestinal mucosa. It can therefore be used as a support for regeneration from endurance or strength sports. D-biotin is an important vitamin that affects energy production and amino acid metabolism. Vitamin C is important for the normal functioning of the immune system and overall regeneration.

Recommended dosage: 

• Mix 5 g (approx. 2.5 teaspoons) with a glass of water (2 dcl). Drink before or after training. The package contains 60 servings.
