About the Leader brand

Leader Foods is a Finnish professional brand of dietary supplements founded in 2001. It produces top-quality dietary supplements for sports and outdoor activities. Recommended dosage: 

• During long-term exercise:  mix 50 g (approx. 1 dl of powder) with 1 l of water. Drink 2.5 dl of a portion every 15 minutes during training. If necessary, mix 1-2 g of salt into the drink to replace salt lost through sweat.  When training in the gym:  mix 50 g (approx. 1 dl of powder) with Whey protein Leader or Soy protein Leader. Start drinking the drink half an hour before training and throughout the training. The package contains 20 doses.
