About the Leader brand

Leader Foods is a Finnish professional brand of dietary supplements founded in 2001. It produces top-quality dietary supplements for sports and outdoor activities. Recommended dosage: 

• Mix 63 g (1.25 dl powder) with 200-400 ml of water, milk or juice in a shaker. 1-3 times a day. Take during and after training. Can also be used as a snack between meals.

Warning:  Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children. May contain traces of soy.
