Reco Hydropower is designed to help the body regenerate after extreme performance. During this, the body strains muscle fibers, which it needs to restore with the help of building blocks - proteins. Reco Hydropower provides whey isolate and hydrolysate as a source of protein, which are very quickly absorbed and at the same time gentle on the stomach. Along with building blocks, exhausted muscles need another important macronutrient - carbohydrates. These are necessary for the restoration of depleted muscle glycogen. The sources of carbohydrates are Cluster Dextrin ^TM  and isomaltulose. Cluster Dextrin ^TM  is a special, highly branched cyclic maltodextrin that is absorbed much faster than classic maltodextrin. Isomaltulose consists of glucose and fructose and is therefore another effective source of fast carbohydrates.

To enhance the regeneration effect, Reco Hydropower also contains the added amino acid L-leucine, vitamin B6, which supports protein metabolism, and vitamin C, which supports the body's defenses. 

Another additive is special Guerande sea salt, which is a source of important electrolytes. Guerande salt contains dozens of minerals and trace elements in a completely natural form and thus contributes to optimal regeneration after strenuous exercise, including compensation for increased loss of electrolytes and fluids through sweat.

Recommended dosage: 

• Mix 70 g (1.5 dl powder — approx. 3 not full scoops) with 500 ml of water in a shaker. Let the drink stand for 2 minutes before using. The package contains 35 doses.
