Leader Sports Drink is a sports carbohydrate drink with electrolytes designed for use during endurance and high-intensity short-term training. It is used by runners, triathletes, cyclists, as well as group sports players and fitness enthusiasts.
Muscles need to replenish carbohydrates, which the body converts into glycogen, the energy source for their work. With depleted glycogen stores comes a decrease in performance and fatigue. Sports Drink can be used both for immediate energy replenishment during and after a race.

About the Leader brand

Recommended dosage:
- Mix 45 g (1 whole packet) with 450 ml of water. The carbohydrate content of the drink prepared according to the instructions is 7.9% and the osmolality is 330 mOsm/kg. The drink can be further diluted with water to the desired carbohydrate content. Drink during training.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It does not replace a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place, out of reach of children. After mixing, it can be kept in a closed container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
