Sports Drink Super Hydrate is a special carbohydrate drink with electrolytes designed for effective hydration and carbohydrate replenishment during endurance and strength performance. It contains a mixture of carbohydrates that is gentle on the stomach and is absorbed into the body in 4 phases:

1.Cluster Dextrin ^TM  - high-quality branched cyclic dextrin that is absorbed faster than classic maltodextrin

2.Maltodextrin  - obtained from corn malt, absorbed slightly slower than Cluster Dextrin ^TM

3. Isomaltulose  - a compound of glucose and fructose modified to be absorbed more slowly and be gentler on teeth

4. Fructose  - is absorbed quickly, immediately at the beginning of the small intestine and, above all, can be used to significantly increase the total amount of absorbed carbohydrates - it is absorbed by different pathways than glucose, which the body is able to absorb only a certain amount from a dose

Added L-leucine acts as a fifth source of energy - activating protein synthesis. Salt, magnesium and potassium replace electrolytes lost through sweating and help maintain fluid balance. Guerande sea salt naturally contains several minerals and trace elements in small amounts. Vitamin C supports the immune system and energy metabolism.

Recommended dosage: 

• Mix 33 g (approx. 0.55 dl powder) with 500 ml of water in a bottle. Drink at least 2 additional liters of water per day. The package contains 15 servings.
