Ingredients:
Rosehip (35%), elderberry flower (20%), fennel fruit (10%), peppermint leaves, goldenrod (10%), dead-nettle (5%), linden blossom, aronia (black crane) fruit.

Preparation and dosing
Pour 1 teabag (1/4 l) of boiling water over 1 infusion bag. The infusion can be flavored, preferably with honey or plantain syrup and lemon. The tea is drunk as warm as possible, several times a day.
Adults 5-6 cups per day. Children from 3 years 2-3 cups per day.
Do not exceed the indicated dosage.
