Levopront cough oral drops 15 ml

Levopront drops reduce the cough without affecting the center of the cough. The preparation is intended for dry irritating unproductive cough. Levopront drops can be used by adults and children over 2 years of age.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 20 drops 3 times a day at least 6 hours apart.

Children from 2 years of age are given 3 mg / kg 3 times a day with a dose interval of at least 6 hours, maximum 3 mg / kg daily. Each drop contains 3 mg of the active substance - divide the baby's weight by 3 to get the number of drops for each dose. E.g. a child weighing 15 kg will take 5 drops up to 3 times a day. Do not take the medicine for more than 14 days without consulting your doctor.

Ingredients

The active substance is levodropropizine, 1 ml drops (ie 20 drops) contains 60 mg levodropropizine.

Other excipients are propylene glycol, xylitol, saccharin sodium, methyl paraben, forest fruit flavor, anise flavor, citric acid, purified water.
