Maalox SUGAR FREE Lemon 40 chewable tablets

Maalox sugar-free lemon contains active substances that counteract excessive acidity of gastric juice. They have a strong neutralizing effect on the hydrochloric acid present in the stomach. Maalox sugar-free lemon is used to treat problems caused by excess stomach acid such as heartburn and the return of acidic stomach contents back to the mouth (regurgitation). Maalox sugar-free lemon chewable tablets can be taken by adults and adolescents from 15 years.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and over take 1-2 chewable tablets in difficulty, up to 6 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 12 chewable tablets. Do not take the medicine for more than 2 weeks without consulting your doctor. The product is not intended for long-term use.

Ingredients

The active substances are algeldrate 400 mg (equivalent to aluminum oxide 200 mg) and magnesium hydroxide 400 mg per 1 chewable tablet.

The other ingredients are non-crystallising sorbitol (70%) (E420), maltitol, glycerol 85%, saccharin sodium, lemon flavor [contains natural flavor, arabic gum (E414), anhydrous citric acid (E330), butylhydroxyanisol (E320)], talc , magnesium stearate.
