Vitamin C significantly contributes to maintaining the normal function of our immune system, and is also considered one of the most important vitamins in our body. It has antioxidant effects, participates in the production of hormones, lowers cholesterol, is essential for muscles, bones, blood vessels and skin, and generally contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

The two tablets provide 600 mg of vitamin C, which is 750% of the recommended daily dose.  Although the recommended daily dose is 80 mg, it is recommended to increase the daily dose of vitamin C for colds, exercise or stress.
