Mediven Thrombexin 18 thigh stockings are antithrombotic stockings for the prophylaxis of thrombosis with a self-holding silicone hem. They are breathable, washable and sterilized.
The purpose of compression is to create sufficient pressure on the wall of the superficial and deep veins of the limbs to prevent blood stagnation and to direct the flow of blood towards the heart.
The stockings are made of materials resistant to oils and ointments and do not cause any side effects.
