Collagen is a water-insoluble protein that forms the basic building material of connective tissues . Our skin contains up to 70% collagen and its production decreases during life, so we must not forget to supplement it, especially in old age. Collagen is the basic building material of connective tissues and by interconnection creates the structure of cells, tissues and organs of the human body. Collagen is used to deliver collagen at a dose of 300 mg.

Dosage:

Adults take 1 capsule once a day.
It is recommended to take it continuously for 2-3 months, then take a break of about 3 to 6 months and take it again for 2-3 months at a time (ie twice a year).
