The product contains vitamins A and D obtained from fish liver oil. 
Vitamin D is produced in the body by UV radiation from sunlight. In the diet we find vitamin D just in fish liver, butter or fresh milk. 
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. Its source is orange and red dyes, other sources are eg viscera.

Recommended dosage:

1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
