Melatonin Forte ORIGINAL is a food supplement in the form of tablets containing melatonin - the sleep hormone.
Melatonin is the body's own substance influencing circadian rhythms, its level in the blood normally increases after the onset of darkness and peaks in the middle of the night. The organism creates it on its own, but its production can decrease with age, and therefore it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist individually about the dosage.
- The daily dose contains 0.499 mg of melatonin
- Dosage beyond the daily dose is determined by a pharmacist or doctor. The tablet contains 1.999 mg of melatonin.
- Melatonin is not addictive.
- Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The package contains 200 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1/4 tablet daily before bedtime. Swallow the tablet with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Ingredients
Filler (microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin), melatonin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Products with a daily dose of less than 0.5 mg of melatonin administered orally are not considered by the State Institute for Drug Control to be medicinal products according to the provisions of § 2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Medicinal Products Act, as melatonin levels in the serum after taking them are close to melatonin levels after eating certain foods.
