Melatonin Herbal mint spray is a dietary supplement containing melatonin , lemon balm , vitamins B6 and B1 . Melatonin is a sleep hormone, the body's own substance influencing circadian rhythms. Its blood level normally increases after dark and peaks in the middle of the night. The organism creates it by itself, but its production can decrease with age.

Dosage and method of use
