Melatonin Herbal mint spray is a dietary supplement containing melatonin , lemon balm , vitamins B6 and B1 . Melatonin is a sleep hormone, the body's own substance influencing circadian rhythms. Its blood level normally increases after dark and peaks in the middle of the night. The organism creates it by itself, but its production can decrease with age.

Lemon balm contributes to a positive mood and also promotes relaxation and sleep . Melatonin Herbal mint spray is intended for adults and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal mental activity.
