Melatonin Rapid complex is a dietary supplement in the form of oral soluble tablets containing melatonin, an extract of the plant Griffonia simplicifolia and Magnolia officinalis. The ODT (orodispersible) form of tablets dissolves already on the mucous membrane in the mouth and thus brings the desired rapid effect (already within 10 minutes).
Melatonin is a substance inherent in the body's circadian rhythms, its level in the blood normally increases after the onset of darkness and peaks in the middle of the night. The organism produces it itself, but its production may decrease with age.
The carton pack contains 30 tablets.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1/2 tablet just before bedtime. Place the unchewed tablet under the tongue or between the gum and lip and allow to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
It is recommended not to swallow or drink the tablet.

Notification
Not intended for people under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. It is advisable to consult a doctor for use. Take only before the expected sleep time, as it may cause drowsiness.
Products with a daily dose of less than 0.5 mg of melatonin administered orally are not considered by the State Institute for Drug Control to be medicinal products under the provisions of § 2 para. 1 point. b) of the Act on Pharmaceuticals, since serum melatonin levels after their use are close to melatonin levels after consumption of certain foods.
