Use
Drink 1 tablet daily with liquid (eg 1/2 glass of water). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

L-histidine hydrochloride, zinc gluconate, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (polishing agent), cysteine hydrochloride, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose (bulking agent), talc, silica and magnesium salts of saturated fatty acids (anti-caking agents), titanium dioxide (colorant), polyethylene glycol (polishing agent).
