Mogador Psyllium contains Indian psyllium in capsules suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Psyllium is a cleansed seed of plantain, which is especially beneficial for proper digestion. It has great effects on the intestinal flora, contains soluble fiber, which binds food water in the digestive tract, swells strongly (increases its volume up to 25 times) and creates a soft gel.
