MOVit Energy L-Glutamine 1400 mg is a dietary supplement suitable for both strength and performance athletes. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in skeletal muscle. It ranks among non-essential amino acids, which means that our body is not dependent on its intake from food, but can create it itself. However, during demanding physical performance, its level decreases, and therefore it is advantageous to supplement it during sports training.
