The best known are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which have a beneficial effect on our health.

Main ingredients:

• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain activity and normal vision (the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA)
• EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (the beneficial effect is achieved with a supply of 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day)
