Mega Detox Recovery is a food supplement in the form of capsules. Contains milk thistle, beetroot, aloe vera, chlorella, bromelain, papain, zinc, selenium and vitamin C
Milk thistle has antioxidant effects, contributes to normal liver function, normal digestion, normal heart activity and normal blood sugar levels, contributes to the purification of the organism and natural defenses.

Dosage and method of use
Recommended dose:
For weight up to 70 kg 1-2 capsules per day, 71-90 kg 2-3 capsules per day, over 91 kg 3-4 capsules per day.
For the first 14 days of use, it is recommended to stick to the upper limit of the indicated dosage, then the lower limit for the next 14 days to a month.
After 4 to 6 weeks, it is advisable to stop for at least 14 days.
The effect is enhanced by an adequate exercise regime, a suitable and varied diet and enough quality sleep.
