MycoClean blend is based on the recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Lian Ren San.

All the mushroom raw material that we use for the production of our mushroom products is tested in the German independent laboratory Agrolab for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and human-dangerous microorganisms before processing.

So what exactly weakens the PI (spleen)?

It is irregular eating, overeating, lack of quality food, one-sided choice in food selection, excessive consumption of sugar, dairy products and white flour. Also too much thinking and lack of exercise.

Breakfast is very important for the spleen. As we manage to "start" the morning digestion, it will work all day. Chinese dietetics recommend that breakfast be hot. Cereal porridge or soups are ideal. On the other hand, yoghurts, sweets (quick sugars) or raw fruits are unsuitable.

The dominant part of the mixture is the teardrop or job's tears. The teardrop is excellent for strengthening the spleen system and removing moisture from the body. It can cleanse the body of various pollutants and toxins.

The second part of the mixture is the seed of the nut lotus, which also strengthens the PI (spleen) together with the teardrop and harmonizes the emptying. Its important function is to strengthen SHEN (kidneys) and their essences. The tear weakens with long-term use of SHEN (kidneys). Its third function is to harmonize the psyche, so it is suitable for insomnia, mild depression, severe stress…

The third part is Fo Shou, which is a type of lemon called Buddha's hand, which regulates hepatic Qi energy, often stagnant from excessive or unexpressed emotions, supports digestion , strengthens the spleen and transforms TAN (mucus).

The last but important part of the mixture is the vital fungus Maitake (Grifola frondosa). This fungus can regulate PI / WEI / GAN (we would say insulin resistance) and is therefore used in metabolic problems.

Recommended dosage

• 1 teaspoon powder per day.
• Measure out the powder with the spoon provided and mix in 2 dcl of lukewarm water (children from 3 to 15 years of age half a teaspoon a day).
