MycoSleep is based on the recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Ling Shui Mian San.

The combination of the vital Reishi mushroom and the Chinese medicine jujuba promotes sleep and harmonizes the psyche. Reishi has the function of An shen in traditional Chinese medicine, which we translate as "calming the spirit." We used Reishi in the form of a finely ground powder, which is essential for this function. The second part of the mixture is Suan Zao Ren, Czech jujube, an herb that Chinese doctors have been using in recipes for harmonious sleep for millennia. Gan Cao or licorice harmonizes the whole mixture and supports its absorption. The difference between the mixture of MycoSleep and MycoStress is that according to traditional Chinese medicine, MycoSleep acts on XIN (element of fire - heart, the seat of the soul of Shen) and MycoStress on GAN (element of wood - liver, the seat of the soul of Hun).
