Narum Fast is a high-strength, fast-acting probiotic formula designed for use in all sudden or severe intestinal dysfunctions. It helps maintain the natural balance and biological activity of intestinal microflora in both children and adults.

When to Use

• Support during and after antibiotic therapy

• When rapid replenishment of intestinal microflora with Lactobacillus acidophilus is needed

• During periods of long-term stress

Key Ingredients

• Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine

• Metabiotic derived from Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine

• Capsule shell: gellan gum (gelling agent), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (glazing agent)

Each capsule contains:
≥ 1.5 × 10⁸ CFU of live bacteria
(CFU – Colony Forming Unit)

Recommended Daily Dosage

• Adults & children 12+ years:
  2–3 capsules, 3× daily, 15–20 minutes before meals

• Children 6–12 years:
  1 capsule, 3× daily, 15–20 minutes before meals

• Children 3–6 years:
  1 capsule, 2× daily, 15–20 minutes before meals

Recommended duration: 5–6 weeks for optimal effect.

How to Use

Take capsules 15–20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of a room-temperature drink (preferably milk unless dairy-intolerant).
Capsules may be opened and dissolved in a drink.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.

• Not suitable for individuals with hypersensitivity to any ingredient.

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Storage

Store in a cool place at temperatures up to +10°C and out of reach of small children.
