Recommended Daily Dosage

• Adults & children 12+ years: 3–4 capsules daily, 15–20 minutes before meals

• Children 6–12 years: 1–2 capsules daily, 15–20 minutes before meals

• Children 3–6 years: 1 capsule daily dissolved in a drink, 15–20 minutes before meals

Each capsule contains a minimum of 12.5×10⁹ CFU live bacteria.

How to Use

Take with ½ glass of a room-temperature drink (preferably milk, unless dairy-intolerant).
Capsules may be opened and dissolved in a drink.
Children under 6 years should only consume the product dissolved.

Recommended duration: 5–6 weeks.
