NatiFem Duo is a dietary supplement that contains a combination of inositols (myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol), folic acid and 4th generation Quatrefolic folate, vitamins E, D3, C, B6 and B12, MSM, selenium and zinc. It is designed for couples who are planning a baby.
Inositol is a substance that occurs naturally in the cell membranes of the human body, where it is involved in the exchange of information between cells.
Folic acid (referred to as vitamin B9, folate ) contributes to the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy, to normal hematopoiesis and to the cell division process. It also helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, thereby having a positive effect on mental activity.
Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, it is also involved in the proper division of cells.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant, together with vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system and reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion.
Zinc promotes normal fertility and reproduction. In men, it helps maintain normal blood testosterone levels.
Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system. In men, it contributes to normal spermatogenesis.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a compound that occurs naturally in the human body and serves as a source of organic sulfur.
The product is gluten-free, sugar-free and lactose-free. Sweetened with steviol glycosides and xylitol.
The package contains 30 sachets of 2.75 g powder.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 sachets per day. Dissolve in a glass of water and drink, preferably before meals.
Use for at least 3 months. This period may be extended. After pregnancy, it is advisable to continue taking NatiFem Duo in the first trimester.
