The elixir of Chinese masters contains the common teardrop, which is also called the porcelain teardrop or Job's tears (Yi yi ren) . This is a cooked Teardrop .

From the point of view of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it strengthens the spleen PI QI XU, the energy of the kidneys and lungs SHEN / FEI QI XU . It eliminates harmful substances from the body  - moist heat SHI RE, mucus TAN and hot toxins RE DU, removes YU blockages. Baked tangerine peel (Chen pi) contains specific flavonoids . From the point of view of TCM, it can clean . Rhodiola (Hong jing tian) strengthens the energy of the spleen and lungs PI / FEI QI XU, nourishes the blood of the heart XIN XUE XU. From the point of view of Western medicine, they are adaptogens , ie substances that improve the body's adaptation to increased physical and mental stress .

Dosage:

Take 4 g once a day, preferably in the morning. Children under 12 years 2 g once a day. Pour a small amount of hot water over the mixture and mix the porridge to prevent lumps. Then make up to a volume of approx. 200 ml. The drink is drunk warm, ideally in the morning.
