Naturalis Egg protein 250 g

Protein from dried pasteurized egg white quality chicken eggs. It contains up to 85% of proteins or proteins. Proteins are involved in building and maintaining muscle mass and therefore it is advantageous to increase protein intake especially after physical exertion . Sufficient quality proteins must be taken into account especially during diet reduction or during convalescence . Thanks to the neutral taste of the egg protein, it can be added to almost any dish.

Dosage

Pour 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) into 200 ml of cold water, juice, smoothie or vegetable milk and drink. Can be added to soups, salads, cocktails, smoothies, mashes and the like. Consume a maximum of 25 g per day.
