Naturalis MSM 250 gr

MSM is a white crystalline powder that is often part of a locomotive system. It is especially popular with athletes with a demanding lifestyle and physically working people . In nature, it is produced from sulfur, which is produced by some bacteria and seaweed. Subsequent chemical processes and the effects of UV radiation produce methylsulfonylmethane or MSM.

Dosage

Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 1 g) into 200 ml of cold water, juice, smoothie or vegetable milk and drink. Consume twice a day. We recommend consuming MSM together with vitamin C.
